When you request service through our website, by phone, or by text, we collect the information needed to dispatch a technician and complete the job. This typically includes:

• Contact information — your name and phone number.
• Vehicle information — year, make, model, and, if you provide it, your VIN.
• Location information — a ZIP code or, if you choose to share it, your device's GPS location.
• Service details — a description of the issue, the service performed, and any notes our technician records for the job.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect more information than we need to quote, dispatch, and complete your service request.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide you with a service estimate and dispatch a technician to your location.
• Contact you about your service request, including arrival updates and follow-up questions.
• Keep a record of the service performed, for warranty and support purposes.
• Improve our service area coverage and response times.

We do not sell your personal data. With your consent, we also use your visit to our website — not your service ticket information — for analytics and to show our ads to past visitors elsewhere; see Section 8 for details and how to opt out.

We share your information only with the independent technician dispatched to complete your service request, so they can locate you and perform the work. We may also disclose information when required to do so by law, such as in response to a valid subpoena or court order, or to protect the safety of our technicians and customers.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

If you are a Virginia resident, the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA) gives you certain rights over the personal data we hold about you. You have the right to:

• Confirm whether we are processing your personal data, and access that data.
• Correct inaccuracies in your personal data.
• Request deletion of your personal data.
• Obtain a copy of your personal data in a portable format.
• Opt out of the processing of your personal data for targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or certain profiling. We do not sell personal data. For targeted advertising, use the "Cookie Settings" control at the bottom of any page to withhold or withdraw consent at any time.

These rights apply regardless of where you live; we extend the same options to every customer, not only Virginia residents.

To exercise any of the rights above, call or text us at (571) 667-8995. We'll verify your request using the phone number and vehicle details on file for your service ticket. We will respond within 45 days, as required by the VCDPA. We will not discriminate against you — for example, by denying service or charging a different price — for exercising your privacy rights.

If we decline to act on your request, you may appeal that decision by contacting us at the number above and asking to appeal a privacy request; we will respond to your appeal within 60 days.

We keep service ticket records — including contact, vehicle, and service details — for as long as reasonably necessary to support warranty claims, respond to disputes, and meet our recordkeeping obligations, after which they are deleted or de-identified.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Information you submit through our service ticket form is sent directly to us to process your request and is never used to build an advertising profile. Separately, with your consent, our website uses cookies in two categories:

• Analytics — Google Analytics, to help us understand site traffic and improve our service.
• Advertising & retargeting— Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and Google Ads, to show our ads to people who've visited our site and measure how well those ads perform.

Neither category loads until you consent to it in the cookie banner shown on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie Settings" button at the bottom of any page — turning a category off stops future tracking in that category, though it can't recall data already sent. Each vendor named above processes data it receives under its own privacy policy.

Our services are intended for adults who can request and authorize automotive service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
